Plan changes
Upgrading to a higher plan
You can upgrade at any time. You only pay the prorated difference for the remaining time on your current subscription. The change is immediate.
Downgrading to a lower plan
The downgrade takes effect at the renewal date:
- Monthly subscription: The change applies the following month
- Annual subscription: The change applies on your subscription anniversary date
No refund is given for downgrades during the current period.
After 14 days
Refund requests after the 14-day period are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Contact our support for any special situation.
Exclusions
The following items are not refundable:
- Already consumed credits (OCR, SMS, AI, etc.)
- Custom services already performed
Credit packs
Additional credit packs are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
Pack refunds
A credit pack can be refunded within 5 business days of purchase, only if no credits have been used. Any started pack is non-refundable.
Credit conservation
- Unused credits remain available for the entire validity period (12 months)
- If you cancel your subscription, your credits remain valid and usable if you reactivate a subscription before they expire
- If you exercise your right to be forgotten (GDPR), unused credits are permanently invalidated with the deletion of your account
