1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HDdev services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

These terms are entered into with David Hennequin, trading as HDdev, Ruelle du Bal 3, 5660 Couvin, Belgium, VAT BE 0701.607.037.

2. Description of Services

HDdev provides WordPress modules for security, performance, SEO, and business automation. Services are provided on a subscription basis with different plans (Free, Pro, Ultimate, Ultimate+, Enterprise), which vary from one module to another.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One person or legal entity per account
• You must be at least 18 years old

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are shown in EUR and exclusive of VAT
• Any VAT due is calculated at checkout and collected on top of the displayed price, so that the amount you are charged is exactly the amount we invoice
• Business customers who provide a VAT number valid in the European VIES database are invoiced under the reverse charge mechanism, with no VAT added
• Payments are processed by Stripe; invoices are issued by us with a legal invoice number
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Price changes will be notified 30 days in advance

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because our modules are digital content delivered immediately, you ask for that delivery to start at once and you acknowledge that the statutory right of withdrawal ends once delivery has begun.

This does not take anything away from you: our 14-day money-back guarantee applies in all cases and is more favourable than the statutory right.

7. License Grant

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our modules according to your subscription plan.

The number of sites covered depends on the module and on the plan you choose. The figure shown on the page of that module is the one that applies; there is no single site allowance across all modules.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense our modules
• Reverse engineer or modify the code
• Use the services for illegal purposes
• Circumvent license restrictions

9. AI Assistant

Our support assistant is an artificial intelligence. What it says is informative and does not constitute a firm offer: it never grants a refund, a discount or any other financial gesture on its own, and any such request is passed to a human being. Only these terms, the price shown at checkout and your invoice are binding.

10. Intellectual Property

All code, documentation, and branding are owned by HDdev. Our modules are licensed under GPL v2 or later as required by WordPress.

11. Limitation of Liability

HDdev is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, in particular towards consumers.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your license to use paid features ends immediately. Free features remain available.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Namur, Belgium. Consumers keep the right to bring proceedings before the court of their own place of residence.
